First payment: if Manager Mode isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first monthly payment for a full refund.
Later months: not refunded, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. No further charges after you cancel.
Starter kit (included)
The starter kit is included with your $49/month plan; there is no separate charge, so it has no separate refund. A first-month refund under the policy above covers everything.
If your kit has a real problem (wrong artist, missing sections, broken file), we'll fix it.
How to ask
Email hello@getmanagermode.com with the email you paid with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
Where local consumer law gives you more rights (e.g. EU/UK), those rights apply.
